Massaman Thai Beef Curry

Contentent: Coriander, ginger, garlic, chilli, bayleaf, lemongrass, cumin, turmeric, pepper & cardamom.


In a heavy based pot combine
500g chuck or gravy beef (Brown the beef.)
1 cloves garlic crushed
2 cm piece ginger grated and
Massaman Thai Beef Curry Spice Blend
Cook over a low heat until the curry paste is fragrant. Add
1 ½ cups stock Partially cover, keep the heat low. Stir occasionally, add water if needed during the cooking time to keep ingredients just covered. Simmer until the beef is almost tender. Add
200 ml coconut milk
2 potatoes peeled and cubed and
2 tablespoons fish sauce. Cook for a further 30 minutes, or until beef is very tender.

Serving Suggestion – Garnish with fried basil leaves and roasted peanuts
