Outback BBQ Blend Medium
Contents: coriander, cardamom, cumin, cracked black pepper, allspice, paprika, turmeric, ginger, ajowan, pure sea salt, cloves, cinnamon, chilli & fenugreek
Small – Serves 2
Large – Serves 6
Can be used for steak, chops and topside roast
Sprinkle OUTBACK BBQ BLEND on both sides of the meat and rub it in. Apply more if the steak is very thick
Allow meat to stand for about one hour at room temperature before cooking
Preheat the BBQ.
Cook over a medium to hot fire, cooking both sides, turning only once.
Allow meat to stand before serving — and only trim the fat off after cooking.
