Beautiful combination of flavours. Loved by everyone at our dinner party of 6. It leaves you wanting more despite being full. Thank you for taking the time to talk to us about it on Sunday morning at the Leap markets.

  2. Michelle

I did this recipe in the slow cooker and substituted half the cream for coconut cream and the sultanas for red capsicum. Simple and real tasty with the use of Pork & Mango blendz.

Just bought the Pork and Mango Mild spice blend from Airlie Beach markets today, to cook dinner for my friend and her husband, who I’m visiting this week. We all loved it, served with potato bake and vegetables! My friends shall be back to the markets for more spices for themselves (and me, bringing them down to Brisbane on visits), and/or I shall be buying online.
