Tandoori Chicken

Contents: Paprika, turmeric, garam masala, garlic ginger, cardamom, salt, pepper, chilli.


Mix Spice Blendz Tandoori Chicken with 35grams Tomato Paste (concentrate) then stir in 20 mls vegetable oil. Add
200 grams Natural yoghurt. And mix well.

Trim and pat dry 500grams chicken thigh fillets and place in marinade, cover and refrigerate overnight.

Preheat oven to 220degrees – place chicken portions into a baking dish adding the rest of the marinade and cover with foil.
Bake for 1hr 20 minutes or until chicken is really tender. Remove foil and allow chicken to brown on top.

Serving Suggestion – Serve hot over rice and spoon juices over chicken.
